Shaun Gordon

Shaun Gordon, Chairman of Astria Group, is a seasoned operator and investor who founded the firm to address the advisory gap for lower middle-market companies. Astria combines transactional and operational insights, ensuring businesses not only exit successfully but thrive operationally. Shaun also founded BreachQuest, a venture backed cybersecurity company, and AGI Partners, a private equity firm specializing in the lower middle market. AGI has earned accolades like Private Equity Firm of the Year from ACG NY.

In 2010, Shaun led Pristine Environments, a facilities management company, from its inception to a revenue nearly $100m million within five years. In 2019, under his leadership as CEO, the company was acquired by KBS Facilities.

A staunch advocate for quality education, Shaun was a founding board member of Success Academy Bronx 1, a public charter school distinguished as a “Blue Ribbon School” in 2016. His earlier career at a global investment fund was focused on a global portfolio of healthcare and defense investments after graduating with a degree in Finance from NYU.

After two decades in New York, Shaun now resides with his family in Dallas and enjoys running when he is not chasing his two children.
