Transatlantic Forum: “Managing the North Korean Challenge”

The French-American Foundation Transatlantic Forum organized a dinner discussion with Professor Stephen Noerper on the following theme: “Managing the North Korean Challenge”.
Dr. Stephen Noerper is a Korea Society senior director and Columbia professor. He has authored more than seventy publications on Korea and Northeast Asia, and taught at NYU and the Asia Pacific Center for Security Studies, as well as American University, Waseda University, and the National University of Mongolia. A former State Department senior analyst, he is a member of the National Committee on North Korea and appears widely, to include of late on the BBC, Bloomberg, CBC, CNN and VOA. He an LSE and Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy graduate.
