Franck Gervais

Franck graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique in Paris as an engineer

Additionally, he obtained an MBA from the French Collège des Ingénieurs (CDI), the London Business School and the British Stanford Business School.

Franck Gervais started his career in 2001 at the Direction for Spatial Planning of the Alpes-Maritimes region before joining the French Ministry of Infrastructure, Traffic, Spatial Planning, Tourism and Sea. Here, he subsequently carried out the functions of technical adviser on Transport and Research and social and budgetary adviser. In 2006, Franck Gervais joined the SNCF as director of the cabinet of the President and the General Direction.

From January 2007 to December 2009 Franck Gervais was in charge of the Transilien railroad network of the northern and western sectors of Ile-de-France. After that, he went on to the Eiffage group in January 2010 as Director of “Travaux Maritimes et Fluviaux”.

Since 2011, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Thalys.
