  • The submission portal for the 36th Annual Translation Prize will close on Friday, January 13th. To learn more about our annual prizes for the best translations from French to English in both fiction and nonfiction, please click here.
  • On Tuesday, January 17th, the Foundation will have the honor of welcoming French Ambassador Philippe Étienne for the year’s first Policy Breakfast. Ambassador Étienne will lead a conversation on a wide range of current issues impacting the U.S. – France relationship. The Policy Breakfast series brings together leaders from various fields to discuss topics of economic, social, and political importance for both France and the US.   • On Wednesday, January 18th, Dora Chomiak, Board President of Razom, Inc. will speak at our upcoming Transatlantic Forum. Razom is a New York-based non-profit working to build a more prosperous and democratic Ukraine. This is a private event reserved for Forum members.   • The application cycle for the Young Leaders Program will open on Tuesday, January 17th. Every year since 1981, the Foundation has welcomed a new class of French and American Young Leaders who have demonstrated exceptional professional achievements and the proclivity to work towards positive global impact.
