This week, we were delighted to welcome our Forum members for a convivial dinner and insightful conversation. Scott Cullinane, Executive Director of the US-Europe Alliance in Washington, D.C., spoke on the withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan, the praise and criticism President Biden received from voices on both sides of the Atlantic, and the impact that this shift will have on transatlantic relations.
