On May 17th, the French-American Foundation celebrated its 40th Anniversary at a very festive Gala dinner at the Mandarin Oriental in New York City. In recognition of this landmark, we paid tribute to remarkable people, from the United States and from France, who have made an essential contribution to the French-American Foundation, or to the relationship it serves.
It is our honor and our pleasure to announce that, on this occasion, we also welcomed a very special guest, who was present at the creation of the Foundation, former President of France, Valéry Giscard d’Estaing.
