The Biggest Challenges Facing Joe Biden’s First Term, January 21, 2021
On January 21, the French-American Foundation hosted a Zoom event to discuss the greatest challenges facing Joe Biden after being sworn into office on January 20. The gathering featured guest speaker Guy Cecil, Chairman of Priorities USA Action, and moderator Sarah Repucci, VP of Research & Analysis at Freedom House.
The speakers examined the obstacles that President Biden and Vice President Harris will encounter in the following months. Topics included foreign policy, Covid-19, and plans for the first few weeks of the new administration.
Speakers discussed their respect work at Priorities USA Action and Freedom House. The final portion of the event addressed audience questions about trade wars, cyber security, and the new cabinet.
