Matthieu founded Sia Partners in 1999 when he was only 26 years old

Matthieu founded Sia Partners in 1999 when he was only 26 years old. Before, he has been working during 3 years for the World Bank. He was assigned as project manager and as a free-lance consultant for one of the World Bank fund , Infodev, fighting against the digital gap in Africa (Senegal, Cote d’Ivoire…).

Sia Partners is today one of the leaders in management consulting in France with 350 consultants and 7 implementations in the world (Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Rome, Milan, Casablanca and Dubai), mainly through organic growth and an acquisition of a French subsidiary of AT Kearney / EDS Consulting in 1998.

In 2012, Sia Group will realize more than 55 M€ of revenues. His ambition is to build up one of the largest European consulting firms and the French leader in this industry.

Matthieu has a majority stake in this company. Matthieu is also the owner of a real estate fund (offices in Paris & Brussels), which is holding 12 M€ of assets and will start by the end of the year in a private equity fund dedicated to professional services.

Sia Partners is delevering more than 40 annual surveys for the French Medias, addressing key issues in many different industries. Matthieu is personally a regular columnist for many European newspapers; Les Echos, Le Figaro, Le Monde, L’Echo/De Tijd.
