Félix Blossier

Félix Blossier is a French entrepreneur, co-founder and COO of Pennylane, a financial management and accounting platform used by more than one million SMBs across Europe. The company has over 1,000 employees operating in around thirty countries.

Previously, he worked at the French Treasury (Direction générale du Trésor), notably within the CIRI (Interministerial Committee for Industrial Restructuring), where he contributed to the restructuring of distressed companies. He is also a co-founder of PriceMatch (acquired by Booking.com in 2015) and an active startup investor. Across both his entrepreneurial ventures and his time in the public sector, his career has been shaped by supporting businesses and by a belief in entrepreneurship as a driver of economic growth and social progress.

He graduated from Sciences Po, École polytechnique, and the École nationaled’administration (ENA). He also studied at the University of California, San Diego and worked in Washington, D.C.
