Fatima Hadj Hoarau is currently Lead Analyst in the Structured Finance Team at Standard & Poor’s
She worked in finance for the last 10 years in different positions such as structurer, origininator and lawyer. She managed cross-border teams and handled a wide range of transactions including the financing of small & medium enterprises, weather derivatives and carbon credit contracts. As project manager, she led different strategic initiatives at global group level. She also acted as relationships manager where she identified, developed market opportunities, and coordinated the outreach plans.
She is member of the Board of the Alumni Association of the Ecole Centrale Paris. She is also the Founder President of the Young Leaders Centraliens with a role of developing and promoting the next generation of Centraliens leaders. She is a lecturer of securitization and member of the Advisory Council for Management Education of the Executive Master Islamic Finance of the University Paris Dauphine. She participated to the creation of the French Institute Of Islamic Finance.
Fatima is also member of Grandes Ecoles Au Feminin and Centrale Au Feminin, where she launched the Women’s Leadership Program.
Fatima holds a master’s degree in International Business & Tax Laws from University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and University Paris V Descartes. She also holds a M.S. in Technology & Management from the Ecole Centrale Paris.
