Erwan Dupuy currently represents Saint-Gobain’s interests in Russia, Ukraine and CIS countries, and directly manages the Group’s regional businesses of Construction Products
Since his early consulting days with McKinsey, he led M&A at Shell Renewables, restructured heavy manufacturing operations in Belgium, or shaped the sales & marketing strategy of the 2,5b€ flat-glass activity within Saint-Gobain.
Erwan is committed to coordinate business and public communities in order to respond to economic and environmental challenges within the construction industry. In his current role as President of the association of French businesses for energy efficiency, as well as his previous responsibilities of President for both the European and the French mortar industry federations.
Aside of his corporate responsibilities, Erwan holds a personal interest in the impact of digital disruptions on our civil societies and business structures. He is actively involved in screening start-ups, or co-developing academic programmes to immerse design-thinking students within the real life of craftsmen.
Erwan graduated from Supelec as an electrical engineer and completed his M.Sc. at Imperial College of London in 2000. He studied his MBA at INSEAD in 2004.
