Claire Léost runs a division of Lagardère Active including leading brands such as Paris Match, le Journal du Dimanche, Télé 7 jours, selling more than 4 million copies of magazines each week
Her role consists in transforming traditional print-oriented magazines into multi-plateform media brands.
She teaches corporate strategy to foreign students at Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris. She started her career at McKinsey & Co in 2000, after graduating from HEC and Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris. Moreover, she is very much invested in helping women who hold diplomas from prestigious learning institutions to accede to positions of power.
In March 2013, she published a book with Fayard, Le Rêve Brisé des Working Girls (The Shattered Dream of Working Girls), which provoked debate in France and met with a veritable critical and commercial success.
She is also co-president of the Linkaters foundation, dedicated to inclusive education, to combat the various forms of exclusion through education, help with job seeking and returning to work and support for entrepreneurship.
