Batoul Hassoun runs The Salmon Consulting, the consultancy of the Havas Group. She created it to anticipate the future with organizations, adapt their structure accordingly, and support these transformations using the power of corporate culture.
Thanks to her strong entrepreneurial spirit, she previously created the Paris branch of Ogilvy Consulting, which she managed for 8 years. Previously she participated in the launch of Ouibus, the SNCF (French railway company) long-distance coach offer, and in the creation of the Paris office of Figtree, a brand strategy consulting firm (since acquired by Prophet).
Batoul is also a Chairman of the Club 21e Siècle, a think-and-do tank that works for a positive collective perception of diversity, so that everyone, regardless of their socio-cultural background, can realize their full potential.
A graduate of ESSEC Business School, Batoul also published in 2020 the book “Un caillou dans la chaussure” (a pebble in the shoe) at Les Editions de l’Observatoire, campaigning for replacing human at the center of companies’ transformations.
