Antoine de Braquilanges
Antoine de Braquilanges is the CEO of Helsing France and executive committee member. Founded in 2021, Helsing is a European technology company specializing in defense AI, which has rapidly become one of the most highly valued scale-ups in Europe. He is responsible the strategy in France, public affairs, and relations with the Ministry of the Armed Forces as well as other sovereign government institutions in France, the EU, and NATO.
As an active member and regular speaker at grandes écoles and think tanks(such as IFRI, Institut Montaigne and Pont Neufs), he actively advocates for a technology-driven vision of modern conflict. He campaigns for Europe and France to foster the emergence of new European technology champions with a global reach, accelerate defense procurement processes for new technologies, and invest heavily in AI to guarantee concrete strategic autonomy for Europe.
Before joining Helsing, Antoine was in charge of Aerospace and Defense activities at Amazon Web Services (AWS). He developed the commercial business of Palantir Technologies’ French division before serving as COO, where he notably managed the partnership with Airbus Defense & Space. At Schlumberger (SBC), he led transformation programs for the oil industry in Africa, the United States, and the Middle East, before serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO. He started his career at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Paris.
He is a graduate of ESSEC Business School and the Defense Policy major at the Institute for Advanced Studies in National Defense (IHEDN). He is married and has three children.
