Virtual Cooking Class With Melissa Clark, May 14, 2020
The French-American Foundation hosted a virtual class with food writer and cookbook author Melissa Clark to cook through a recipe from her new book, Dinner in French. The event was moderated by Emeline Foster, Executive Director of the Foundation.
The ingredient list for the recipe – Spaghetti with Anchovies, Tomatoes, and Basil – can be found here. The list includes a vegetarian substitute.
The event featured a live guided tutorial of the recipe for audience members. Throughout the class, Melissa provided tips and techniques to cook the recipe and answered questions about her experience as a food writer.
