The French-American Foundation hosted its first NYC Transatlantic Forum of 2020 on the subject of manhood in the #MeToo era with journalist, television host, and author Cleo Stiller.
The event followed the release of her new book, Modern Manhood: Conversations About the Complicated World of Being a Good Man Today – a “fun(ny) and informative collection of advice and perspectives about what it means to be a good guy in the era of #MeToo.”
Beginning with stories from her book, the forum developed primarily into a discussion on workplace dynamics between men and women. Topics addressed included discrimination, harassment, and mentorship.
The French-American Foundation’s Transatlantic Forum is a monthly opportunity for French and American leaders to examine contemporary questions and challenges facing both sides of the Atlantic. More information about the program can be found at the link below.
