Anna Thea Bridge

Anna Thea Bridge is the Chief Operating Officer at Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP.

Anna joined the firm from Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, where she served as the Director of Professional Development. At Kramer Levin, Anna worked with firm management and lawyers to develop and implement professional-development and talent-management strategies and programs including lawyer training programs, partner and associate mentoring initiatives, annual and midyear performance review processes, associate integration and orientation efforts, and other initiatives related to the attorney experience at the firm. In addition to coaching and developing the firm’s legal talent, Anna oversaw firmwide CLE compliance efforts and assisted in coordinating the firm’s pro bono efforts. Before joining Kramer Levin, Anna worked at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP for more than a decade—first as a practicing litigator and then in business development and professional development roles—having previously clerked for the Honorable Richard Conway Casey in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Anna received her J.D. with honors from The George Washington University Law School, where she was the Senior Managing Editor of The George Washington Law Review, and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where she received M.A. and B.A. degrees in Folklore & Folklife.  She is a certified coach, maintains her license to practice law in New York, and dedicates time to a number of boards and community organizations.
