FAF-U.S. Welcomes Jayee Koffey to the Board of Directors

Jayee Koffey is the Chief Enablement and Global Affairs Officer at BNY. She is a member of the BNY Executive Committee.

In addition, Jayee is the Executive Sponsor for the Women’s Initiative Network (WIN), BNY’s employee resource group supporting the advancement of women. Jayee also serves on the board of directors for the French-American Foundation, which seeks to promote bilateral relations between France and the United States.

Jayee joined BNY in 2022. Previously, she held a variety of leadership roles at Goldman Sachs across risk, regulatory relations, ESG, finance and international markets. Earlier in her career, Jayee was a private equity investor and an investment banker. Jayee holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and completed her undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley, California and the University of Auckland. Jayee resides in New York City with her husband and three daughters.
