On January 28, 2025, The French-American Foundation held an exclusive Transatlantic Forum evening featuring a private tour of the augmented-reality exhibition about the restoration of Notre Dame Cathedral.

Co-hosted with the innovative design firm Histovery, the unique program offered a groundbreaking approach to storytelling, blending centuries-old architecture with compelling multimedia. Attendees embarked on an immersive journey through 850 years of Notre Dame’s history, brought to life through cutting-edge augmented reality.

The evening concluded with a reception and a discussion about the exhibit, providing an opportunity for deeper engagement with the history and restoration efforts of one of the world’s most iconic landmarks.

The Cathedral of St. John the Divine, the largest Gothic Cathedral in the world, provided the perfect setting for this special program, connecting French and American cultural heritage.
