Cyber Security And The Law: Managing Cyber Risk

The 2015 forum brought together approximately 50 European and U.S. government officials, leaders of industry, and internationally-recognized security and insurance professionals and experts to discuss the changing dimensions of cyber threats and cyber criminality, as well as methods to mitigate liability exposure for cyber security breaches.
The conference provided a forum for a select group of senior European and American government officials, internationally-recognized security professionals, and business leaders to address questions concerning the management of cyber security risks, with a focus on identifying solutions to emerging threats.
This event has been built on an inaugural Cyber Security and the Law conference organized by the French-American Foundation in 2014.
