Baptiste Melly

Baptiste Melly is Chief of Staff for the Americas at Société Générale, where he partners with the CEO and Executive Committee on strategic priorities and enterprise-wide initiatives.

He began his career at Société Générale in 2011 joining the General Inspection department in France, before relocating to the United States to lead large-scale, regulatory remediation and transformation programs.

In his current role, he steers the annual strategic planning process for the Americas and supports senior leadership in defining and executing strategic initiatives, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering alignment across businesses and functions.

Baptiste serves on the Advisory Committee of Villa Albertine’s French for All Program, which promotes French language education across the United States. He is also an Associate Member of the Economic Club of New York.

A French national, Baptiste holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Université Paris-Dauphine and completed executive education at Columbia Business School.
