Stéphanie Oueda-Cruz
Stéphanie Oueda-Cruz currently serves as the Global Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Tiffany & Co, leading all elements of the brand’s DEI strategy, both internally and externally.
Before joining Tiffany, Stéphanie served as Advisor to the President of the Inter-American Development Bank, responsible for the overall Bank strategy on gender and diversity. Prior to that, Stéphanie led the operations on gender and diversity at IDB Invest focusing on Latin America and the Caribbean.
Before the IDB Group, Stéphanie was the Associate Director for Diversity and Inclusion in Coca-Cola European Partners in London. Previously, Stéphanie was the Head of International Diversity at L’Oréal based in Paris where she led the DEI strategy among 60 subsidiaries of the company.
Stéphanie possesses great in-depth global experience, understanding of cultural nuances, and strong innovative ideas dedicated to redefining inclusivity and luxury.
Stéphanie has received numerous awards for her commitment and results in diversity, including the “Diversity and Inclusion Leader” from the Diversity Journal (USA), “Head of Diversity Award” from the Diversity European Awards. She was also recognized as one of the Top 40 Diversity Professionals in the World by The Times newspaper in 2017 and 2018. She was also associate lecturer at Sorbonne University.
A dual citizen of France and Mexico, Stéphanie currently resides in the United States. Fluent in five languages, she has a master’s degree in economics and political science from Sorbonne University. She is an active member of different non-profits related to women empowerment and diversity.
